Our talented team will work closely with you to discuss and understand exactly what you wish to achieve, whether you have an existing idea, or no idea at all – we will take it from there. Our design team will be fully briefed and begin designing right away – tailoring each carefully considered element to suit your requirements and needs, creating a totally bespoke and unique design just for you, within your budget.

We find obtaining a clear channel of communication is essential at this stage. This allows us to send over our designs, ideas and initial concepts and keep you up to date with our progress. This also presents the perfect opportunity for you, as the client to add any suggestions you may have – we are open to all proposals and ideas, working alongside you, rather than providing a cold, corporate service.

We will officially present our works to you, discussing our ideas in more detail, again offering the opportunity to you as the client, to amend the design or add elements to it. We are proud to offer an all-round service, which our competitors do not have; we design and create all of our works in-house, meaning we can constantly update our ideas, quickly and effectively and discuss all concepts with our production team immediately. No design is ever carved in stone, and we ensure you are 100% before we are satisfied.

As all of our work is bespoke, we make everything in-house, by hand – so we do require reasonable timescales for production, which will of course, be discussed in full with you in our initial correspondence. During production time, you are more than welcome to visit our factory and see the magic happen. Watching a design come to life before your very eyes is always a magical experience – one that never disappoints!

As well as producing our designs in-house, our own teams also deliver and install our projects – whether a few sparkling string lights or a 40ft. grotto – as well as removing, maintaining, repairing and storing your creations. We are the only company to offer this service under one roof.
